There is no online booking system and no email address published on this site yet. The phone is the fastest path, and for a job with any complexity it is also the most useful, because the questions that decide the price are easier asked than typed.
What to have ready
It takes about a minute to answer and it saves a wasted visit:
- Suburb and street access. Verge width, gates, whether a chipper truck can get close, whether there is a right-of-way at the rear.
- The tree. Rough height compared with the house, trunk thickness, species if you know it. Marri, jarrah, tuart, peppermint and lemon-scented gum cover most of what is out there south of the river.
- What is underneath. Pool, patio, paving, shed, limestone wall, neighbour's roof, reticulation. This is what decides whether the job is a fell or a rigged dismantle.
- Powerlines. Whether anything overhangs the service line into the house or the network line along the street. That changes who can do the work and how.
- What you want at the end. Stump ground, stump out completely, chip left, timber stacked, or everything gone.
If the job is urgent
A limb on the roof, a split union, a tree leaning into a fence after a storm front — say so when you call. Those are handled ahead of quoting work. What nobody should do in the meantime is get up a ladder with a chainsaw to deal with a partially failed limb, especially one under tension or anywhere near a powerline.

Frequently asked questions
How fast is a quote?
Usually within a couple of business days for a standard job. Quotes are done onsite and they are free. Anything already down, split or hanging over a roof is treated as urgent and gets attention the same day where conditions allow safe work.
Can you quote from photos?
For a small, straightforward tree with clear access, sometimes. Anything large, anything over a structure and anything close to a boundary or a powerline needs someone standing under it. A phone figure given sight-unseen is a guess, and the revision on the day is rarely downwards.
What information helps most?
The suburb, roughly how tall the tree is against the house, what species it is if you know, what sits underneath it — pool, paving, shed, neighbour's roof — and whether a truck can get within about twenty metres of it. Photos from two angles beat any description.
Do you charge a call-out fee for quotes?
No. Onsite quoting is free. What is not free is arriving to do work that turns out to be a different job to the one described, so it is worth being accurate about access and what is nearby when you first call.
