This website is operated by Four Seasons Tree Service, trading as Tree Loppers Perth. It publishes information about tree services and refers enquiries to independent tree contractors operating in Perth and the surrounding areas.

We do not perform the tree work. The disclaimer sets out what that means in detail and it is worth reading before you book anything.

3. Enquiries, quotes and contracts

Information on this site, including any description of services or indication of what work involves, is general information and is not an offer.

Quotes are given by the attending contractor after inspecting the site. Any contract for tree work is formed between you and that contractor, on their terms. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee the performance of any contractor, and we do not mediate disputes between you and a contractor.

Pricing discussed on this site, including in the cost guide, describes the factors that influence a price. It is not a price list and it is not binding on anyone.

4. Your obligations

When using this site you agree not to:

• provide false, misleading or another person's contact details when making an enquiry;
